The Truly Selfish

I love the comment section below honest posts.  I read the comments on most posts I subscribe to on Substack and other platforms as well.  Naturally, I don’t subscribe to many things I don’t agree with and prefer to stay in the pro-liberty community as much as possible.  This doesn’t mean I don’t get a range of viewpoints though, because I listen to a lot of podcasts and interviews with people on both sides of an issue whenever possible and on the issue of “covid” I can honestly say I have listened to, quite literally, countless *hundreds* of hours of interviews with Doctors, Immunologists, Vaccine developers, Naturopaths, Homeopaths, and the list goes on. 

I know I’m not alone in this and many of you who read my posts have done the same.  But, there’s one thing that has really been bugging me over the last 2 years in comments from the “liberty” community.  It has stuck in my craw and may need to be surgically removed eventually (though I’m not sure I could find a surgeon in today’s evil “Hospital Industrial Complex” that would do so without me being “up to date” on whatever shot du jour is).  And that has been the amount of people who have openly admitted to going along with the narrative to go on trips, cruises, attend concerts, and participate in “society” instead of being willing to sacrifice for awhile to try and turn some of this madness around.

We have heard non-stop how selfish people are who don’t want to wear useless masks, take risky medicines, get tested for something they don’t have symptoms for and so on.   But I have found another group that I believe are truly selfish and damaging (if not *worse*) because, not only are they claiming to be pro-freedom, but by their actions they are helping to normalize *anti-freedom* things for future generations who won’t have a choice!  We have a whole group of people who have been unwilling to sacrifice their vacations, concerts and other events until we get this fixed.

This group has voluntarily gone against the same principles they claim to have by *willingly* submitting to a risky shot they claim they don’t want (and being put in a database), a test they claim they don’t want (and being put in a database), the risk of being quarantined (and being put in a database), installing and/or activating contact tracing apps on their mobile device (and being put in a database), wearing an unhealthy mask and, well, pretty much every other ritual that has been started over the last 2 years, all so they can get their “goodies”.  And while they have been participating in this madness for their vacations and other activities, they are setting a precedent for these monsters “in charge” to continue pushing this agenda on the rest of us who actually have put off *everything* to try and turn this around.  That doesn’t mean that those of us who have sacrificed aren’t living our lives, but we have been finding every way possible to say NO. 

I am not being arrogant and I’m not being a braggart when I share with you everything I have done to stand firm on my principles over the last two years.  I share them with you so you can see that it *is* possible.  Yes, it does kind of suck in some ways because I’ve had to put off trips, chances to make a tremendous amount of money, products that I have needed and/or wanted, and so on.  I have had to tell family that I can’t come and visit because I *refuse* to go through a satanic ritual of testing, masking and herding to get on an airplane (and I used to fly 4 or 5 times a year), I’ve had to learn to make a lot of things with beans and rice (and I used to have “5 star” meals at home almost always).  I have *lived* what I preach to the best of my abilities because our very future depends on it.  I refuse to be one of those who says, “I don’t have a choice.”  There is *always* a choice. 

It is way past time for those in the “pro-liberty” community who have been going along, not only to “get along”, but to get their *temporary* scraps and goodies from the master’s table by submitting to certain things to finally start making some sacrifices (Oh, “it’s just a mask” or “it’s just a test”).  It’s time to start truly looking for that new job with a company that doesn’t require testing, shots, masking, or “exemptions” (permission slips that puts you in a database) for less money if necessary.  It’s time to put off that cruise, flight, vacation, or road trip. It’s time to walk out of that store that requires “rituals” for the “privilege” of purchasing from them.  It’s time to do whatever is necessary to put a complete stop to all of this.  It’s just *way* past time.  Anyone who knows me, knows that I often say, “We either suffer some inconvenience now on *our* terms, or the policies (rituals) that have been put into place will be permanent and we will be inconvenienced and suffer for *generations* on someone else’s terms.”  That’s just a fact.      

If you are in the pro-liberty community, what sacrifice have you made?  What have you postponed for awhile to try and ensure freedom for the generations who come after us?  Did you quit a job?  Did you walk out of a store and tell them you would never be back after someone told you that you *had* to wear a dangerous, oxygen depriving face diaper? Did you quit flying commercially?  Did you say no to a concert or sporting event where you were going to have to “prove you are healthy” with a fake test?  Please feel free to let us know what sacrifice you have made in the comments section.  It may encourage someone else claiming to be pro-liberty to do the real “right thing.”
