Good points! Well expressed. But a bit of a downer. I suspect we are well into what future historians will probably refer to as 'the collapse of the western liberal democracies', or 'the end of that crazy democracy experiment'. In the world we live in today, we may "own" our house, or farm, or ranch; but what we do, or how or when we are permitted to do anything with "our" property is heavily restricted by thousands of often conflicting regulations. Every minute aspect of our lives is controlled by swarms of bureaucrats. [ranch image- flies swarming over a carcass]

Yes, we tend a garden. A very productive one. But, as people well into our seventh decade, that garden isn't as large as it once was. And, since we moved into 'town', (pop 500) on retirement, we are subject to countless municipal regulations as to what we can, or more commonly, can't, do in our garden, or our house for that matter. We are dependent on municipal services – like water, sewer, electricity, or road maintenance. On the ranch, we were pretty much self-sufficient.

An example: Our lords and masters have decreed that fossil fuels are evil. Apparently electricity is the only way to go! (When it works). So here in the sub-arctic we are no longer allowed wood burning heaters for backup. Which of course seems to be part of the plan. Our electrical use is monitored (electronically) by the state owned utility, and can be cut off by a few keystrokes, in an office hundreds of miles away; should we do something to piss off some nameless, faceless, unaccountable bureaucrat. Not that long ago, we could drive 10 or 15 minutes, load up a cord of wood – a couple of hours work with a chain saw, for $5 worth of fuel. And the important point – there was no record, anywhere, that we had done so. Which is probably why wood heating is now forbidden.

Foul creatures invented and promoted the depravities that are the climate change and covid scams. Those same creatures control the world’s economies. All of them. Corruption is endemic. And ignored. All that is just and good is being systematically destroyed. By the monsters you describe. Wars are being started, intentionally, simply to enrich a few 'defense' manufacturers - and their bought and paid for politicians. People are dying, prematurely, in their thousands, because our completely monetized, barely functional 'health care' system is no longer about “health”. It now exists to enrich a few completely amoral, completely venal, completely evil monsters.

Your suggestion – 'ignore the monsters' – is a good one. I have been doing that for most of my life. But we seem to have reached an impasse. How can we ignore a stridently intrusive, draconian regulatory regime, with arbitrary enforcement, that appears to exist only to self-perpetuate? How can we, as rational human beings, stay sane in a chaotic storm of constant lies and relentless propaganda?

We have not reached the "go along to get along" stage - but we're getting there.

Thanks for your comment. I certainly didn't mean for my post to necessarily be a "downer". Things can look very bleak for sure. Will we turn this madness around? Time will tell. If we look at this like a war it could either be over in days... or many years. And I believe this is a war being waged on humanity by a small group of oligarchs (with the collusion of their "lessers" of course). I am hopeful! I see lots of people waking up. And, of course, I see lots of people who are just "going along" with it all. The main thing I've noticed about these two groups: The awakening people don't watch or participate in corporate media (or only watch clips). The still slumbering are addicted to everything that comes from the mouths of said media. How do I ignore the madness? I keep living my life and risking whatever fines or other "punishment" that the "powers" are trying to implement. I just don't participate. I refuse. I'm fortunate because I surround myself with others who do the same. We certainly can't do it alone. There may come a time when it's impossible to ignore everything and I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. But right now, we really can do a lot in our own lives and in the lives of our community to overcome so much of this. (Depending on location of course... there are definitely some areas where the brainwashing is pretty much complete and there are nothing but mindless drones roaming about). My post was mostly to point out the monsters for who they are (to an extent of course, a comprehensive post would take days and weeks to compile and I don't have the skill or the desire to do so). I've found that in my life just "seeing" the people who are doing bad things and recognizing them and shining light on their deeds can go a long way toward stopping them. Just like a burglar sneaking around in the dark... if you have spotlight and shine it on them they typically flee. The more people who see those who are doing evil in the world the less success those evil people will have. We have a long road ahead of us for sure but we must, to the best of our ability, stand firm and refuse to play along. Anything we do is important. Every time we eat a vegetable we grew ourselves, every time we walk out of a business that is implementing some kind of restriction on us for the privilege of doing business with them, every time we figure out a way to do something on our own that we have become used to government doing for us we are winning. And one thing we always forget... it doesn't take a majority to win. It just takes a strong, dedicated and "sick of it all" minority. We will win. It might not be in our lifetime, but that's not what matters to me. We are called to lay the foundation for the future generations that are going to have to live under unprecedented tyranny and oppression if we do nothing. Thanks again for your contribution to The Rumble Strip. Always glad to see you've been here.

I am like you Rob. I want to mind my own business and let the country and world run itself. But it doesn't work that way.

"How do I ignore the madness? I keep living my life and risking whatever fines or other "punishment" that the "powers" are trying to implement. I just don't participate. "

Hiding from the reality that is happening only provides more time and opportunity for our enemy to fortify their strongholds and carry out their plans upon us.

The Founders emphatically placed their honor and duty ahead of their private rights. The Declaration says, in its second paragraph, that when a people is subjected to a long train of abuses aiming at absolute despotism, "it is their right, it is their duty," to change the government. This duty is higher than one's own personal survival or selfish interest. It may in fact require the sacrifice of one's own life. That is why the Declaration concludes with these noble words: "We pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."

Don't misunderstand "ignoring them" for not taking action or being involved. 🙂 Ignoring them for me means living/practicing liberty every day regardless of what our "overseers" try to do to us. Not following unethical and/or unconstitutional rules and laws etc. I'm thinking you may have misunderstood what I meant by that, or I misunderstood your comment. We have too many people who go along with tyranny thinking they are doing the right thing. Ignoring them doesn't mean we don't see them, don't shine a light on them and don't try to turn things around. But if we let them put us in a box and make them think they really matter in the big scheme of things, we kinda deserve what we get. If that makes sense. Thanks for your contribution. 🙂

People ignored, tolerated or accepted lesser evils in the beginning of Hitler's reign of terror. The WEF crowd has taken this to new levels and ordinary people have been ignoring, tolerating and accepting lesser evils for decades. We tend to think that people are good, and that other people wouldn't, couldn't possibly, inflict hardship, suffering, sickness and death upon us on purpose. This is what they have been hiding behind and quite successfully.

It is now and has been for some time, us or them.

I am a little old lady. Retired nurse. Your thoughts in this posting are spot on! And l agree with you 100%. Thank-you for sharing. I can't do what l used to do when l was younger but l am doing what l can. I am trying to enlighten others in my sphere of influence. I have started a small garden. I fear humanity is facing great loss. But l have hope for the future. I may not be around to see the turnaround but l can still do my part "now". Wishing you many blessings. Keep your thoughts coming. You are providing inspiration to many others!

Thank you Ms Laurie. Your encouragement is a blessing to me and others who read my posts. I am also a baby boomer and have seen this coming for most of my life. Maybe not exactly the way it is playing out, but close! I believe we are in for some very trying times if what these "monsters" are literally saying they are going to do comes true. Nothing I've said is anything that this control cabal hasn't said in the last few days/years or written over the years. Unfortunately, many of us thought that it was just a conspiracy "theory", when in reality, it has been a real conspiracy! Thanks again for your contribution to The Rumble Strip.

Thanks Rich! I'm not that good at finding stuff like that. Personally, I would rather these people call the Supermaxx in Florence CO their home for the rest of their miserable lives.
