I commented on a Substack post recently regarding holding government “officials” to account. I mentioned how we are not to wholeheartedly trust *any* politician to save us, or fix everything for us. Someone (who may have been a bot) responded with something to the effect of:
“So, you want to have to do everything yourself and endure gang violence, is that what you want? Good luck with that.”
This got my blood boiling a bit because what this person said is, in essence, the problem with America (not to mention we have plenty of government now and “gang violence” is rampant, and has been rampant, for decades!)
This comment (which didn’t add to my comment or the context of the post whatsoever, it was obvious that the reader of my comment had little or no comprehension skills) led me to think about a lot of different things regarding the public and their addiction to government. We have been led to believe that if all we do is vote for the “lesser of two evils” every 2 or 4 years our job is done. We can just move on and all the responsibility for our health, safety, food, housing, etc. is now in the hands of the politician we “(s)elected.” It almost makes me feel sorry for politicians… almost. That’s a lot of pressure and a lot of *impossible* responsibility placed on them.
America was built without an income tax. Without a property tax. Without government doing everything for us. It was built by people doing things on their own. They built neighborhoods and farms and invented much of the technology we have today… without government. They plowed and graded country roads. They took care of their own health care. Heck, our American ancestors did it all… themselves. And guess what? They were, for the most part, prosperous, healthy, and happy… even though “taking care of everything themselves” was difficult. They weren’t fat, spoiled, and lazy like so many in today’s society.
It wasn’t until people who “meant well” started demanding that government take a roll in every aspect of our lives, and lobbyists and special interest groups started paying off politicians, that we ended up with people addicted to government.
It seems people look at government as a big box store where they can shop for everything that they want and need. The problem is, the government doesn’t have any money. All of the things people have become addicted to have been/are being paid for with money either stolen from taxpayers or “printed” out of thin air.
The person who commented “good luck with that” in regards to taking care of myself and handling my own health and safety is in for a rude awakening… we are all going to have to learn “how to do everything for ourselves” again. The way it’s supposed to be. I’m proud to say I avoid using *any* government services to the greatest extent I can. I refuse. If and when “Social Security” becomes available I would take that because that money was stolen from me without my consent and “maybe” I’ll get a tiny bit of it back… hundreds of thousands of dollars that was taken. Darn right… if I can get a bit of that back, I will. Otherwise, I have gone as far as taking my own garbage to the dump and I’ve even avoided using the Post Office as much as possible. The government has no business in 99 percent of the things they have their hands in and just because government pays for something it doesn’t mean we are obligated to participate in those “services.”
Governments were never supposed to handle everything in our lives from cradle to grave. And, personally, I don’t want them to!
I kind of think it comes down to laziness. We live in such a "lazy" society. I think I may be part of the last generation of truly hard working, laboring people, who are not afraid of getting our hands dirty.
Sadly, today's generation want to sit in their homes, make videos and let the rest of the world "pave their way" to financial freedom. It burns me to the core that my grandkids want to be "nothing" when they are adults. In their minds, they won't ever need to work. Trust me nanny, they say. You don't know how it is anymore, they say. I'm an idiot, and they will live happily ever after doing nothing. Good luck with that I say in rebuttal. We will see.
We are TRAINED.
That person who said "good luck with that" is probably a PAID govt. troll.
The whole IDEA of all these govt. "services" was to make us dependent on govt, and then be able to CONTROL us. Just look where we are now! Of course, they've added sickness and poor health from being sold a lot of toxic "food," take us out of WORKING (physically) and run all the small farmers off their land, sit us in cubicles doing "service" on the phone or computer, drug us, dumb us down, de-educate us, addict us to technology that zaps us when we use it, and now, even if we don't, and suck up our wealth like they're the starving people we used to feed because we wanted to help-- now we go and kill them instead.
WHY? You may well ask. Because the people running this planet right now are out of control. They own about 90% of the wealth, they do NOTHING whatsoever and are bored shitless, and they are pampered, snot-nosed, over-grown children who are psychopaths, and are trained to hate us and try to euthanize us whenever they have a chance... ALL the wars are started by them, for them, to cull us down. ALL the ugliness, tyranny, and medical hell served up to us are by them, for them, to cull us down and/or to toy with and torture us.
Yeah, these are SICK MUFFOS. They are the Black Nobility, the Psycho Muffo Muckities Behind The Curtain, the Freaks that are trying to RULE THE WORLD and chip our brains and put us in 10-minute cities, IF we survive their eugenics.
Rant continues in my mind, picked up by my smart meter and then blasted back at me in the middle of the night via the 5G box on the telephone wire outside my house...
I SOUND LIKE A LUNATIC, AMIRITE? That's the idea.
Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrf.
Thanks for the opportunity to RANT... 🐕🐕🐕😁🤠😜🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕
BTW, I say FUCK THEM, let's party, and shut down their tyranny with loud rock music.
